What are the delivery charges?

  • International Delivery: $7.99 USD

How long does delivery take?

  • US Delivery: $5.99 USD, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after you receive your tracking number.*
  • International Delivery: $7.99 USD, usually delivered within 22-25 business days after the tracking number is sent to your email.*

*Note: This does not include the processing time of 5-7 business days.

Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t get an email within 10 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I track my order?

Yes, after your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details within 5-7 business days.

Which couriers do you use?

  • US Orders: Shipped via USPS, with tracking available through the USPS service.
  • International Orders: Shipped through Royal Mail or other local carriers such as Canada Post. Please note, local import duties may apply upon receipt.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has exceeded the expected delivery time, please refer to the tracking information sent to you. For further assistance or issues with international orders, contact us at [email protected].

What if part of my order is missing?

Sometimes, large orders are sent in multiple packages. Check the invoice inside your package for item details. If you’ve only received one dispatch email and are still missing items, please contact us immediately.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO boxes.

Placing an Order

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. On the checkout page, please ensure you enter correct billing and shipping information.

How do I redeem a discount or special offer?

To use a discount code, click the basket icon, then ‘View Cart’. On the checkout page, enter the code in the ‘Discount Code’ box. Note: Only one code can be applied per order.

Why isn’t my voucher code working?

Voucher codes may expire, and some are case-sensitive or for single use only. Ensure the code is valid and properly entered.

Can I claim my discount code if I forgot to use it?

Yes, as long as the code was valid when the order was placed. After receiving your confirmation email, email us with your code and order number, and we’ll refund the difference.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot add items to it.

Can I split my order across multiple addresses?

At this time, orders cannot be split into multiple delivery addresses. Please place separate orders if needed.

Can I cancel or modify my order online?

Our system doesn’t allow for self-cancellations or modifications. If you need assistance, contact customer support within 24 hours. Once your order is in processing or transit, we cannot make changes.

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the order.

Why was my card declined?

We don’t decline transactions—your bank may do so. Contact your bank for assistance. Note that authorized amounts may appear in your account for up to 7 business days, even if the transaction wasn’t successful.

Why did I receive a security check email?

For your safety, we may run additional security checks on certain orders. We’ll contact you briefly, without asking for full card details. If flagged, and we don’t hear from you within 10 days, your order will be canceled.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You should receive a confirmation email with your order number. If not, double-check your email address. If you’re still unsure, contact customer service for assistance.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Customs fees may apply depending on your location and are at the discretion of the carrier. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. For more details, contact your local customs office to avoid unexpected fees.
